The support from Offlimits Supermoto of Gianni Borgiotti and from Mad Bad racing team made possible to plan three different courses, based on girls skill. With a lot of passion our instructors convey usefull informations about how to drive a supermotard on different kind of surfaces and in all situations.
Gianni Borgiotti (Offlimits), racer and federal driving instructor FMI, managed advanced course in english language for foreign riders. Mad Bad racing team instructors, Martina Beltrandi (racer), Paolo Baravelli (team manager and racer) e Bruno Salina (Ex-racer from world championsip 500 and driving tester Motosprint / Mx-Motosprint) have been in charge to prepare girls to attend Superpole.
Supermoto girls work and passion brought this year a lot of new girls to supermoto world. They found a place to gather and where to get fun all togheter. Also, who organizes supermotard races gave more credit to girls, defining dedicated charts.
This year ,Supermotogirls Day, enrolled 20 girls from 4 nationalities, Italy, Swiss, France and Greece. Going around for paddock there was a feeling of happiness, girls were surprised and electriced to notice a lot of girls all togheter the same day, it was really great to check a paddock dyed pink and time literally flyed away.
The more intense time came with SUPERPOLE: girls were tense, racers and rookies, everyone were ready to put max engagement to accomplish a good result. One after one made their fast turn, some girl also crashed (with no consequences), it shown up how much some girl get close to the limit. To set fire the atmosphere, to involve public, a commentator described each performance. At the end pricegiving was at the podium of South Milano track, Gianni Borgiotti gaves out cups to winners .
1^classified Mad Bat racing team racer, Martina Beltrandi which made a great performance a lot above others, even if she had a bad enjury at left leg. 2^classified Red Foxes racing team pilot, Barbara Pietrantoni Penno, 3^Margarita Kampouri, from Greece, which was in Italy for first time with a supermoto.
1^classified of rookie chart, girls which usually don't attend competitions, at only 15 years old was Giulia Tagliamonte. 2^ Michela Mantica, which the previous year made a nice result and 3^ Erika Mosca which demonstrate to get better and better.
At the end has been given a lot of gadgets and rewards of Accossato and Scorpion Bay.
